Frieda M. Goldstein
Former prosecutor of the United States Department of Justice, Attorney
Frieda M. Goldstein, brings years of experience to Pozo Goldstein, LLP.
Because she was a former prosecutor, she has a unique background, which
she employs during her immigration and criminal defense cases. Before
committing her life to serving as a criminal defense and immigration lawyer,
Attorney Goldstein served as a prosecutor for the Office of Chief Counsel,
Immigration and Customs Enforcement and helped found the Department of
Homeland Security.
Before dedicating her life to defending the rights of others, Attorney
Goldstein obtained her Bachelor’s degree at New York University.
Following her undergraduate studies, she enrolled at Rutgers School of
Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate. As of now, Attorney Goldstein
handles cases throughout the New York, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami offices
of Pozo Goldstein, LLP.
