Felicia Richard
Felicia is a paralegal who provides case support on our Business Visa Team.
She directly assists our Senior Counsel, Joanne Orizal, with the processing
of all business and investment visas for our clients. Felicia is a graduate
of Fordham University with a dual Bachelor s Degree in Political Science
and International Studies. Felicia speaks four languages, English, Spanish,
Italian and Hebrew.

Maria Espejo
Maria, who is the senior member of our support staff, has held many positions
with Pozo Goldstein, LLP. Her current role is Financial Manager and support
team liaison. Maria heads our contracts and billing department and is
the point of contact for all financial issues related to our clients.
Maria is a graduate of the University of Miami.

Nurialys Iglesias
Nuri began her Pozo Goldstein, LLP experience as an intern while attending
the paralegal program at Miami-Dade College. As an intern, she quickly
adapted to the high intensity atmosphere and became a valued asset. Upon
completion of her internship, Nuri was offered and accepted a position
with the firm. She currently provides case management support to the attorneys
of the firm focusing on cases in removal proceedings and federal litigation.

Ashantti Sousa
Ashantti joins the Pozo Goldstein team after a paralegal internship with
the firm. Ashantti has a degree in paralegal studies. She is responsible
for case management for a variety of immigration cases ranging from adjustment
of status and citizenship to business/investment visas and consular processing.

Norelkis Carmona
Norelkis is a graduate of Miami-Dade College with an Associate Paralegal
Studies Degree. She is responsible for assisting the attorneys in case
management for a variety of immigration cases ranging from removal proceedings,
adjustment of status and citizenship. Norelkis is a former intern with
Pozo Goldstein, LLP and we are pleased to have her back on staff as a
full time paralegal.

Andrea Abissi
Andrea is a paralegal who provides case support on National Interest Waivers,
immigrant and non-immigrant visas, L-1 visas, investor visas, provisional
waivers, and removal proceedings. Andrea is fully bilingual in Spanish
and English. Andrea received her Juris Doctor degree in Venezuela and
a Masters of Law (LLM) degree in Spanish Law. She is currently attending
Florida International University studying for a LLM degree in United States law.
