Before co-founding Pozo Goldstein, LLP with his partner, Ada Pozo, Attorney Goldstein served as a Captain for the Amtrak Police Department in New York City. Here, he gained valuable insight regarding the other side of criminal law. He uses his past skills and experience when forming strategic defenses for his clients. Before committing his life to becoming a successful lawyer, Attorney Goldstein enrolled in Temple University where he completed his Bachelor’s degree. Following his undergraduate coursework studies, Attorney Goldstein attended Rutgers School of Law in Camden, New Jersey. He completed law school and graduated with his Juris Doctorate.

Currently, Attorney Goldstein holds memberships in a variety of associations, including the Dade County Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Florida Bar, the Broward County Bar Association, the Fraternal Order of Police, and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
